The goal was to write compelling copy highlighting his professional achievements and conveying his unique strengths and qualities as a creative director. 

It was important to me to point out his 20 years of experience to position him as an expert in his field to show potential employers or individuals looking to collaborate with him that he is an established designer with 20 years of experience to back up his skills.

Furthermore, I emphasized his versatility and adaptability by showcasing a diverse range of projects he has worked on, from small startups to major corporations.

This showcases his ability to work with different types of clients and highlights his flexibility in approaching design challenges.

In addition, I highlighted his strong leadership skills by showcasing examples of successful team collaborations and projects he managed.

This demonstrates his ability to produce quality work and effectively lead and manage a team towards success.

Creative Process

My creative process entailed looking at his work and conducting an in-depth analysis to point out the things I knew would be worth highlighting, such as specific things he specializes in that he has mastered over his 20-year span as a designer to set him apart from other candidates with less experience, by doing so this eliminates any potential doubts on his capabilities.
